By accessing and using the Vaznova website (vaznova.com) and/or hiring our services, you accept these terms of service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Vaznova offers technology services for small and medium businesses, including:

• Custom software development
• Technology consulting
• Process automation
• APIs and integrations

3. Hiring Process

Our workflow includes:

• Free Initial Consultation: A conversation to understand your needs.
• Formal Proposal: A document with scope, fixed price, and delivery time.
• Acceptance: The project starts once the proposal is accepted and initial payment is made.

4. Payments

• Payments are generally split 50% at the start and 50% upon delivery.
• For larger projects, milestone payments can be arranged.
• We accept local bank transfers or digital payments.
• Prices listed on the website are estimates and may vary based on specific project needs.

5. Intellectual Property

Once the project is successfully completed and payment is fulfilled, the source code and deliverables are owned by the client. Vaznova reserves the right to mention the project as a reference in our portfolio, unless agreed otherwise.

6. Warranty and Support

• We include 30 days of free support after delivery for bug fixes and minor adjustments.
• Major changes or new features outside the original scope require a new proposal.
• We cannot guarantee specific commercial results from using the software.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vaznova will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or the delivered software. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service.

8. Confidentiality
